the importance of spreading your wings after a shitty night


Again a night without continuous sleep, I feel as I would be 18 again having drunk and partied all night…
I am not quite sure which one is better, having the impression to have had a great time before you felt miserable or the knowing that even though you tried hard to get rest you still feel not very alive…

Anyway, I guess in both situations it is very important to get up the next morning and spread your wings, stretch, let the bones in the body crack ( if you are old enough ) and continue with your live.
After all, there are so much worse situations in the world and in the live of others, that we should be able to trust, that some day again we get enough sleep….
