A simple but wise insight just hit me on my head:
it is not want you could,
it is not what you would,
the only thing what counts is what you do.
No matter how simple or easy my paintings look like and no matter if other people could do the same, what counts is that I am actually doing it.
Remember the painting you see in a museum, looking at it and being surprised that something like a simple line or color finds its way to an exhibition hall? Remember you thinking I could do that too.
BUT for some reasons we are not doing it, we only think we could and we would if…..
The interesting thing is, that we all experience could and woulds and ifs, even though they differ from person to person, but we all do struggle with the three.
Instead of looking at others thinking that their could, would and if is easier then yours go and get inspired and motivated by these people to find your own way to overcome the struggle and do what you love to do.
